Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with A&A Beauty Studio and Academy. We aim to provide high-quality products and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns for Physical Products

We accept returns on eligible physical items (such as unused beauty products) within  14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ayabeautyacademy@gmail.com with your order details. Do not return any items without first receiving instructions.

Note: Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, used/opened items are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Digital products, including online course access or downloadable materials.

  • In-person course bookings, unless cancelled within the allowed cancellation window (see below).

  • Opened beauty products due to hygiene concerns.

  • Gift cards or sale items.

In-Person Course Cancellation Policy

If you’ve registered for an in-person class:

  • You may reschedule or cancel up to 5 days before the scheduled class for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance are non-refundable.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at ayabeautyacademy@gmail.com.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Items must be unused and in original condition. This policy does not apply to digital or in-person services once they have been accessed or started.
