Thank you for shopping with A&A Beauty Studio and Academy. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international countries.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
A&A Beauty Studio and Academy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
